My name is Charlotte Milligan Folmar. I was born and raised in Quanah, TX. I graduated from Midwestern State University with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies. I am certified in Early Childhood, ESL, and Elementary Education grades 1-6. I have taught PPCD, ESL, 6th grade self contained and Kindergarten. Kindergarten is where I love to be. I have taught for 17 years.
I am married to Gary Folmar. We have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. I was able to return to my hometown of Quanah a year ago. I truly never left. We built a home 2 miles outside of town, and have loved every minute of being here.
My motto is “your children are my children” as long as I have them. I promise to do my best to take care of them and teach them to the best of my ability. I will work with you as parents to help make your child a successful student.
